Overview: Welcome to our new Ticket Portal. If you would like to view your Support Tickets, please follow the steps below.
1. Go to liveperson.zendesk.com and Sign in
2. If the email associated with your work address is connected to any of the linked accounts, feel free to sign in with that account, however, if you've received an email from Tenfold Support (liveperson.zendesk.com), you'll want to check your email for a Zendesk Verification email and complete those steps.
If you are unable to locate this email, we can either send you a new one, or please just use the Forgot my password link and have it sent to your work email address.
3. Once logged into the Ticket Portal (https://liveperson.zendesk.com/hc/en-us#), click YOUR TICKETS to view those you are either the Requester or CC'd on.
4. Simply select any ticket you'd like to review or comment on. You may update any ticket that is in Open, Pending, or On-hold status, however, once the ticket has reached Closed status, you'll need to create a follow-up ticket by clicking the link at the bottom of the ticket.
